Corazón is a casual taqueria which opened this December in Soho, owned by a former India GM (Laura Sheffield) and Executive Chef (Paul Daniel), who are looking for the best chefs to work with each day.

The Role

As a Chef at Corazon, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in delivering consistent and excellent food to our 55 covers, throughout the day.

Who We Need

  • Our successful candidates will have at least one year’s experience in a professional kitchen, more for more senior positions.
  • Experience in Mexican cuisine is not essential, but an appetite for learning and a ‘kaizen’ attitude to your development is!
  • We are looking for responsible, dependable souls who maintain a sense of calm under pressure, demonstrate a strong understanding of ‘TEAM’ and take ownership of their performance.

  • A competitive salary paid hourly, based on a combination of ‘house’ pay and tronc. 100% of the service charge collected goes to the team – every last penny.
