Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and creative CDP – Pan Asian & Chinese Cuisine Specialist to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentic Asian dishes, wok cooking, sauces, and flavor balance, with a keen eye for presentation and quality. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes specializing in Pan Asian and Chinese cuisine. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently of a high standard. Maintain mise-en-place and ensure timely service during peak hours. Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and new dish development. Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards strictly. Control wastage and manage portion sizes effectively. Train and supervise Commis chefs and junior staff in Asian cooking techniques. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Pan Asian / Chinese kitchen. Strong wok skills and in-depth knowledge of Asian sauces and ingredients. Culinary degree or diploma in Hotel Management preferred. Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency. Positive attitude, teamwork, and passion for excellence.
